1. Company Information

Rosin Lab Tech is a brand/company specializing in solventless cannabis extraction equipment, premium rosin products, and related accessories. We are committed to innovation, purity, and quality in solventless extraction technology. Founded in 2015 (as Rosin Tech Products) and expanded in 2018 with Rosin Lab Tech production facilities.

2. Age Restriction & Legal Compliance

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age for cannabis-related activities in your jurisdiction) to use our Services or purchase our products. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Our products and equipment are intended for lawful use only in jurisdictions where solventless cannabis extraction and related activities are permitted. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the purchase, possession, use, and import/export of our products (including heat presses, rosin-related tools, and any cannabis-derived items). We do not assume responsibility for your compliance with such laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access if we believe a transaction violates any law or regulation.

3. Products & Equipment

  • All products are sold for lawful, solventless extraction purposes only.
  • Descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from actual items.
  • Equipment (e.g., rosin presses) is provided “as is” subject to the limited warranty below. No returns or refunds are accepted except as outlined in our warranty policy.
  • Use of our equipment must follow provided instructions, safety guidelines, and best practices to avoid injury, damage, or legal issues.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  • Prices are in USD (or specified currency) and exclude taxes, duties, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due in full at checkout via accepted methods. Title to products passes upon full payment and delivery.
  • You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other charges applicable in your country.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and carriers are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and comply with import laws. We may assist with tracking but are not responsible for lost, stolen, or seized packages.

6. Limited Warranty

  • Our rosin presses and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts (at our discretion). We do not cover misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or damage from improper use.
  • No returns are accepted on any sales. Contact support for warranty claims.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosin Lab Tech, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services, products, or equipment—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks (including “Rosin Lab Tech,” logos, designs), and materials on our site are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available on our website), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.

You agree to resolve any claims individually and waive any right to class action or representative proceedings.
